A late post..but..nevertheless..

I like people relations work rather than sitting behind a desk filing. Maybe thats why i find my job boring..hmmms...oh wells..

I realized the need to start serious training after what Qb and my cousin said..I am thinking 4 km runs then 5 BMX and pull ups...what do you think?..

Visited my friend in Changi general hospital today...he has appendicitis, a condition where the appendix, that piece of meat that hangs out at the beginning of the large intestine gets inflamed when it is blocked. To make matters worst, his appendix burst causing pus to spread in the intestine, so, there are tubes connected to him to remove the pus. Yes, the pus is poisonous to the body, at moments, fatal. Hope you get better=)...

Well, thats what you get when you are in a xiong company like that of Mohawk, which my friend is in..hiaz...saddening..but i hope i get into these type of companies..then got push to be the best..haha..

Does anybody feel like today is monday? Maybe it is work that is making me lose track of time Xp...but what matters is that you enjoy your work correct?...lol...

You know what they say, when life is at its best during studies. When you were a student, you would likely say, "hell no!" but the reality is, it is true..haha..Once you start working, you will understand..

Feeling much better today, just recovered from grastic flu yesterday, while working..haha..

On a lighter note, my commando in training brother came home this morning at 5am. Crazy huh?..He tried to wake up for church in the morning but, the "Z" monster seems to have overpowered him..haha..

Anyway, i headed to church though. It was a beautiful sermon about palsms. Now i have a new way to read it. God is just so amazing. He never abandon his people and always provide a new way out from all circumstances. Amen?..haha..So, after church choir practice, i went to NCC to collect the 4th service ticket before heading to lunch with my brother. We ate at a chicken rice store somewhere along Arab St. Next time i bring you there ok? It serves one of the most authentic hainanse chicken rice.

Ps Prince was not in today, so, Ps houston from Hillsong church came to preach today about the platform that God has given us. Most of my worries and troubles have been answered by God in this sermon. I feel Blessed and Free:D~...

I don't know what to say or do or think...just so confused and frustrated with myself.

Today was the day i really felt that God would just end my fucking life and take me up to heaven. Come on, realistically speaking, being a human is just too hard. Don't get me wrong, life is fun but, there are moments where the hardship of the 3 realms of the human life overpower the fun. Once a flame have been snuffed out, i believe that it should/will never be re-kindled again. Can you just tell me whats wrong? If you find me annoying, just tell me, i won't bother you guys anymore. I don't want to lose my true friendships. Please just tell me!

Sorry, had to let that out. Too much of these bad things in your system is just bad right? Okay, so, in the morning, i went to novena to pray for our dear friend who went into the army. After that, there was practice. As usual, most of us were late. But, we still managed to get the songs we wanted to learn, well, learned. No Importa La Distancia was the song we practiced today, despite it still being rather pitchy and sketchy, we now have a rough idea of the whole song. Very nice :D~!..Yup, things are not as they seem.

Time is passing so fast. 'A's have passed, marking the end of our adolescence education. Before you know it, you will be carrying a gun in the jungle, then, you will be in university heading for the workforce. But, the main question is, what fills the spaces in between these changes?

Indeed, change is inevitable and necessary. Like water, if it remains stagnant, it is useless and eventually a breeding ground for diseases. To prevent this from happening, the old water must be thrown away, being replaced by newer, cleaner water. That, however, does not mean the essence of the old water have to leave as well. It will forever, remain part of the bowl that once contained it. It has passed from the surface and integrated itself as part of the chemical composition of the bowl. A bond that is hard to break.

Haha, i don't know why i wrote that nonsense, but, i just felt i needed to. Few years down the road, i may past by this old post and remember these events..haha..

Well, blogging while working again. I am such a good worker huh?..haha..anyways, as usual, work is boring and i really can't wait for NS where i will be whining there for ORD to come..haha..

At work now. It was fun for the first few weeks before it got really boring. Actually, i got to do the calling today! Quite fun and scary at the same time. Some of the people i called to are really strange..haha. Have to go for now..blogging while working..haha..

*HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA!!*

Well, yesterday was my grandma's 79th birthday. The whole family went to long beach seafood restaurant for her birthday dinner. We had crab to prawns to even cockles. It was served with my aunt's 1996 red wine and champagne. The wine was fabulous! Rich in aroma and tender to the taste! Yum! haha...

After that, us cousins decided to go for a drink at clarkey. We had more than just a drink. We first headed to a cafe called "clinic" where we drank from IV tubes and had our shots. Literally! See for yourself!

This was when i asked QB and Cel if they wanted to come out to drink and club. It was a reasonable time of 12+ when i sms-ed them. Of course, they said no and wanted sleep more than anything..lol..next time yah?..Ok, moving on, after those preliminary drinks, we headed to MOS around 1240. Surprisingly, it was not that crowded but the entrance was very strict. Everyone has to dress appropriately, my cousin who was wearing burms, got refused entry. So, he cabbed home and changed into jeans before coming back. There, we ordered 2 champagnes, 3 shots and 4 drinks. Like so:

We went home around 330 and I slept for 4 hours only!!..super tired now...can't wait for CNY eve!!

Well, lets just say that work is getting methodical and just plain boring. I rather be teaching or organizing camps than sitting behind a desk and organizing files..haha...

Today, i went to Mindef to take the computerized test for WSO(fighter) airforce vocation. Got rejected for the pilot vocation but maybe accepted for WSO ( Weapon Specialist Officer). Hope i do :)...

After that, i went back to school to visit the choir, who were having their CCA recruitment. They sang at the foyer conducted by Mr toh. Bins, Cel, Peter and Qimin were there too to support the choir. Before they started, Mr toh told us to sing "jingle bells" with them so as to attract attention. Didn't really work out though..lol. But they continued singing their 2 song mini concert. Sang "plenty good room" and " longer". They really improved alot. Good job guys! But still, work harder ok?

Today's the first day i started work at my father's office.

It is quite boring. My father assign me to do inventory. So it was like 6 files and a list of invoices, my job is to follow the invoices and hunt for the payment and inventory list in the 6 files. After that, i am supposed to document it in a excel file. Super sianz. Skipped lunch to finish it. But took a 1 hour break around 4+ to go swimming (the swimming complex was right opposite the office). It is like a 8 to 7 job but, i get to take breaks anytime :D...

It is quite confusing. Is it a hint or is it juz play? How can we tell between reality and make believe? I wish someone fill me in, as you know, i am quite blur, especially on these things. God! help me! Please...

*HAPPY 2008 EVERYONE!!*

lol sorry i MIA for such a long time..always had the urge to blog but my hands seems to be too lazy to work..haha..

so, a year has pass, so has regrets and unhappiness of the past year. Regrets of what i had, should and could have done have now passed...

What a way to enter the new year! No other way then spending quality time with your best friends in your friend's church. Yup, yesterday (including part of today as well) was spent in Cher's house as well as her church. We( bins, cher, cel, you kang, ernest) decided to spent this special moment together. I sort of pity cher, ernest and Yk cause, on that day, they had choir from 1 to 5 and after that, they still had to stay awake for the whole night. Choir ended late so i had to give my plans for cooking al funghi for everyone up. But, i still managed to cook it for supper for only 4 people (everyone,that is 6 people, shared it). Well, we sung random songs ( bins fav O Holy Night by N*sync ,most of the time out of tune..) before claudia came, where we all walked towards cher's church for new year's mass. Cel met us there cause she had to go to her aunt's house for dinner, her whole family were there. Cel sat beside me for mass while cher was like 4 males away from her. They still attempted to communicate. HIAZ...i mean it is mass right??..haha..after mass had ended, cel family left and we headed back to cher's house.

It was about 0030 when we reached cher's house. The guys went to get the sleeping mattresses down while the girls changed into more comfortable clothes. It was obvious that the leftover pasta that i cooked was not enough to fill cel's bottomless pit, so, the girls bullied bins and ordered him to cook three packs of maggi mee. They made it up by washing the dishes. After that, it was the guys turn to change into more comfortable clothes (I didn't change though), after which we played "go fish" and "Arsehole dai ti".

I didn't stay over and went home around 0200. Went home. bathed slept at 0300, woke up at 0730, changed, went for breakfast with classmates before meeting the "zombified " group again at heartland mall's macs. Had some coffee before we split.

So, i was left wandering what to do, when my church friend called me to watch "i am legend". I agreed. Bad choice. The movie freaking boring. The only saving grace was the pop up monsters. It was like, watching the House Of the Dead. You know, that arcade game...yup. After which we walked from cathay to marina sqaure to eat before heading off to our own destinations.

Phew! What a long post! Hope that everyday in 2008 will be as eventful as today, and with all you guys, i am sure it will! Sorry i don't have pictures but the photos on cel's blog kinda sum things up:D..
